Help us raise funds for Piglet, our special American Bulldog/Pit mix who has a hole in his hard palate, that's right, in the roof of his mouth! This congenital defect means he is contstantly getting infections.  This super sweet boy alreaedy has a couple of strikes against him...he's a pit mix and he's deaf....but he doesn't know it!  He's an awesome dog and we want to give him the best life we can!

Little Sebastian, who is only 4 months old, was brought into ACC as a stray and passed his temperament testing with flying colors.  He has a congenital defect that causes his left front paw to curl completely under, so that when he walks, he puts pressure on the back of the paw which causes both a severe limp and tears his skin, causing him to bleed.  Others turned this darling boy down because of his medical issues, but we think he should have a chance at life and love. This little guy will need an amputation, but we're sure that even with three legs, he's going to be a super dog.  Please help us raise the money to give this beautiful little guy a chance.

Family Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) volunteer run non-profit animal rescue organization. As such we depend on your donations to save dog and make great connections between rescue dogs and their new humans.  Your donations cover all our expenses which range from transporting our dogs from multiple California shelters, to spay/neuter surgery, to emergency and surgical veterinary care for those dogs who really need our help.  We also use your donations to provide food, collars and leashes, beds, bowls and equipment and supplies for our urban shelter. 

The demand is constant, the need is never ending.  Every dollar helps us save another animal and make another wonderful match between dogs and people! Won't you help us continue to do this great work?
